Richmond Red Cross just called to let me know they accepted my application.
Too bad I already accepted another offer because you took so damn long you bastards. And when I called 2 weeks ago they were very vague about when they'd notify me so I assumed they were rejecting me without telling me in so many words.
It would've been nice to be somewhere semi-warm this winter. Oh well.

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

NY? Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. I was there on Mother's Day one year and it snowed.

Mother's Day is in May, so yes. And at least mid-May to boot.
