Stagliano became a regular at strip shows and by his own account a chronic masturbator. He ended up studying economics at UCLA, figuring that he'd land dates if he became a professor. He chucked the dismal science when he came up with a better idea: modern dance. After leaving college, Stagliano landed in the first ever Chippendales show. He'd hit the stage as Dracula in chains and bite the neck of a few ladies to the tune of Pat Benatar's "Heartbreaker."

Plenty of people leave economics because they figure out a better way of getting dates.

I don't think so. We saw neal at carnival and he indicated he was working at Los Alamos.

He did a quarter of econ at UCSD. He didn't have the econ background to get into the MS program, so he was taking undergrad classes. His professors hated him.

This semester, he's working at UNM, taking a class, and working on his own pet project, which he won't tell me about. He's trying to get into grad school for next year.

Most all of this is recorded in friends-only posts on LJ. The things you miss if you don't have a LJ account...
