so much awesome

Post by Jonathan »

My Lian Li 6077B case arrived yesterday, and my Antec Tru380s arrived the day before. And I just found out I can get a free 3.0 GHz HT Northwood from the debug lab. Woot.

Why do I think that this processor was in the debug lab for a reason?

Okay, it's the validation lab, not the problem-fixing lab. So there.

Speaking of paperweights, Intel hasn't handed out keychains in years. I want my b0rken processor, dammit!

Son of a goddamn bitch. I spoke too soon.

The True380s directron.com shipped me has the cable bundle on the same goddamn face as the 115V wall power socket. You can't bloody install it!

Hehe, and what would you be running that uses that much processing power? (SETI fun?)

Currently I'm happy with my 3 computers and being able to watch movies/play games on my tv. I haven't experienced any slowdowns in the applications I run, including FFXI on a "cheap" Athlon XP 2500+ Barton. Whee~ 8)

I may ph34r for my fingers if I were to accidentally touch your little space heater you call a computer. Let's see, 20% increase in processor speed means 20% increase in power drawn and probably at least 20% more heat. All you need now is a frying pan and an egg.

Well, I won't be running jack or diddly until I return this power supply. I'd best try to leave early today, maybe.
