At this point, I'm really not sure if it matters what country you want to start in. Levels 1-10 are pretty much better on your own (and go by fast enough), but I've got a 1st or 2nd level alt in Windurst at least. So if you start somewhere other than Bastok, we can get to you easily enough at this point..
