no what I meant was if my friend's friend is already on another server already playing then it wouldn't be possible to ask him to delete that char. Well, possible but not nice, heh. He got the game around noon or so but last I heard he was still installing the game. So I guess that means we'll all be able to use the pass.

When it gets to the screen to choose your handle for your character, just right- click anywhere. It will take you back to the main screen where if you go to the character select screen you can check what world you got. If you didn't get the world you want, just delete and try again. Cool thing is that on each creation after that it defaults to everything you entered before so you can just jam on the enter key until the very last question so you can select yes intead of no.

Took me about 15 tries in 3 minutes.

yea, should be pretty easy to get 1/30 chance for Cait Sith! if not, the pass shouldnt be too expensive. probably under 1k for Cait. lots of newbies running around, and a few japanese that can type "i dont speak english" lol

I'm going to do delete-create for a bit, I guess, and hope I manage to hit it.

edit: yargh, exercise in futility. think i cycled through at least half of them. hopefully we'll get another pass here very soon. =/ (there's nothing stopping new players from getting them except money, right?)

We should all be able to chip in and get another world pass today. Alan supposedly located the NPC selling it and we definitely have enough money by now.

To use the World Pass, create your character, after you type in your name a box will come up that says "World: Unassigned" or something like that.

DO NOT CLICK THE BOX.

Just start typing the name of the World, in our case, Caitsith. I kept clicking the box and it kept taking me to the Kingdom select screen. Paul did the same thing. Clicking the box apparently means you have no world pass and want to be randomly assigned to a server.

So don't click the box, you don't have to select it. Just start typing when the box appears.

Not if you don't get a signet though. That signet sign made me thing there was some spot on my monitor, then it made me think there's something wrong with the display of the game. Until it finally wore off and I said to myself..."Aaaaahhhh"

Yup, guards that stand near the gates, and ask them to cast signet on you
