I'm interested in playing because I read stuff about it. I read stuff about it because I'm interested in playing.

Don't worry. Imagine a laggy server full of people who don't speak your language going "loleol kekekeke" at you. You'll be undestroyed in no time.

Yes. I freely admit that everything I posted about "eh, maybe in a few weeks" and 'no one plays this at launch! no one!" is completely untrue. oh, well.

maybe square will magically pull off a clean start. maybe we'll get a clean server to play on. maybe the game will run at 60 fps on my old ass computer. you never know.

Yeah I bought the game because I wanted to try it out, not because other people wanted to get it too. Of course being able to play with people you know sort of adds more fun to it but if no one on this board decided to play I would still have bought it. And yes I voted YES in the poll!

Heh, a tad bit cynical are we?

Actually, this reminds me that NA players being "ruder" than other realms is the common belief (from both reading a lot and experience in war3).

Kinda sad. I just hope the NA populace, in general, doesn't hamper Japan's system. Theorectically they sound quite altruistic. As for the kekeke, at least in war3, Koreans are usually VERY good and typically a lot more arrogant. Although it is fun when you win, forcing them to eat their trash talk.
