Godaddy wants like $8 for a domain, and register.com wants like $35. Why is godaddy so much cheaper? Price disparity like that makes me wary.

Does register.com keep your info private? GoDaddy charges for every possible add-on and they continually try to push more features.

Um, I think they have a add-on for privacy protection that was like $9 per year or three?
