... an I/O technology that hits 2.2 mW/Gbit/s, however it is only characterized to work at 6 Gbits/s.
So, how many electrons per bit is that? Someone figure that out for me please.

A far more interesting question is how many electrons to turn on a 45nm transistor. Or 25nm. I'm sick of discussing features in terms of mW.
