The additional memory is definitely the major attraction. I'm reasonably happy with the way the 770 is going right now and I don't think the 800 is a big enough leap over the 770 to drop a few hundred bucks on it. If anyone is in the market for a Linux PDA though, I'd definitely look hard at the 800.
