Adam Arnold is a self-proclaimed otaku that turned a hobby into a professional career in journalism. He co-created the webzine Animefringe: Online Anime Magazine and has worked as a rewriter on such titles as Pita-Ten, Love Hina, A.I. Love You and G Gundam. At Seven Seas, Adam wears multiple hats. He is the Senior Editor in charge of licensed properties, he is the Webmaster responsible for keeping Gomanga.com running and he writes the fan-favorite series Aoi House.

From: http://www.gomanga.com/news/features_aoi_001.phpI know you'll be wondering when I started collecting stuff, so I'll go ahead and say that I began collecting DC Comics related stuff in 1992 and my journey into anime and manga began June 9, 1997 when Sailor Moon started airing on the cable channel USA. I got my driver's license in April of that year and started my first job in May. Since then, I've basically spent a portion of every paycheck I've ever made to buy anime-related stuff.
He's probably not that old, yet possibly earning quite a bit. In Florida at least, you can get a learner's license at 15 and a real one at 16. Which places him at ~26.
