Alright the forum has been locked down once more and all spam accounts deleted. If anyone sees anything out of ordinary, copy it and post it into the private forum.
My first act would be to delete the accounts of everyone with more posts than me. If I can't reach the top constructively, I'll reach it destructively!

88% of the posts on this forum are generated by people with a higher post count than you... Coincidentally, 88% of the topics are also generated by people with a higher topic generation rate than you. I think you'd get awfully lonely real quick if someone actually gave you any real power.
best stat ever. we have topics per month already. we need topics per person per month. i have no idea how to display that. well, if you did a page per person with the topics/week rate broken down by month, that would work. we did posts/week by person already, with only the most recent week shown. it'd be good to have the history, though. or, a FIR moving average. ooh!
i will write all of these mods in precisely 47 years.

Yes, but I'd be at the top, lording over the spammers and FFXI party members with their miserable single digit post counts.

You could do a bar graph by month with each bar subdivided by color for the top posters... It's kinda like using the list per month like you said, but graphical and you're not limited to always having a fixed number shown. If one person dominates, then that's the color you'll mostly see. If you do write this mod, even in 47 years, I want my color to be GREEN
Since we're on the topic of statistics, since when did the 2004 Presidential Election and the original Mohtalim MOTD topics become the most viewed? I thought the FF thread won that...
