Wednesday, should be ready around 7:45 but you can show up anytime after I get home (around 6:30)

Just a heads up, looks like my Monday, Tuesday and Thursday dinner plans are going to be locked for a while.

So that basically leaves Wednesday (speaking of which, I need to go home).

Does this mean you are going to have dinner those days? or that you're just going to be working at non-normal times for the civilized world?

I would say his work schedule is odd only for this time zone. There are many civilized areas of the globe where Vinny works normal or even early hours.

I fail to see how this is relevant? When you host you get to decide what time it should be. So when I don't have to work so much the dinner would happen on the day that's convenient to me (mostly Monday).
