Ack, that sucks. I'm assuming you already completed basic troubleshooting though?

not really. The compter is off when I got home (I am pretty sure I left it on when I left). I try to turn it on the the fans started to spin. But the HD doesn't seem to be spinning up and I can't open the CDROM. I am hoping the motherboard/cpu is not fried.
