Mohtalim MOTD

Post by Guest »

... or should it be TOTD (Title of the Day).

More importantly, does Jonathan set it or Jonathan and all moderators? I think this was covered before, but if it was, it's obvious I've forgotten.

And most importantly, yes I know of the power of xargs, a text file of all the files I'm currently working on (with paths) and xemacs :)

(btw, xemacs seems to drop random files to approach a limit of 25, the nerve! >_<)

I think there should be a thread that acts as a log of all the MOTD's

Today's topic is: Mohtalim: Home of themal throttling.

Now I wonder which thread this refers to... It's 2PM PST. Have you cooked any CPU's today?

Jonathan and Amber will be in Hawaii August 23 through 28

Whoa, that's the most informative MOTD I've seen yet. Is this starting a trend? (Need more humor! :))

Of course, you'll be posting during that period, right?

The Red Meat Construction Set has a field for title. That was my best title effort. A little long, but otherwise I think it captures the essence of Red Meat titles perfectly.

Ummm, what mad programming skillz might these be? I wasn't aware that you needed to program anything to do this.

First, read it. "Paying the bills." That is, working. Nothing to do with Mohtalim at all.

Second, it's a quote. From Weird Al Yankovic's "It's All about the Pentiums".
