Anyone ever watch this show? It's pretty good. I'd describe it as the new Buffy, despite the fact that there's nothing supernatural about it.
I'm a fan. In January I downloaded all the eps and watched them sequentially.
I actually think that Veronica's slick-if-highly-implausible spy hijinks are much more gratifying that Buffy's delves into the occolt. All that Diablo D&D bullshit always made my eyes roll. Combat scenes are also at a minimum.
Good points: class resentment, open sex-appeal, noir sentiments
Other points: in order to justify the lack of sexual tension between Veronica and the "sensitive friend" character they made him both black and shorter than her. Kendall Casablancas struts around in a string bikini which is a hell of lot sexier than what Charisma Carpenter wore as Cordelia Chase in Buffy.
