Having an assassin around is better, of course.

And supposedly they're gonna buff his hook eventually to be an effective Kael/Jaina counter!

With a somewhat derpy Johanna, I got my taste stacks over 200 vs. AI on spiders w/Vinny=Diablo and Zefris=Tassadar. I tried to rotate but she died some and I couldn't really get last hits on other lanes. Still top siege and hero damage in that game, but it is legit difficult to hit the stack limit.

Anyway, great for poking vs. mages.

If there aren't any mages, then I'm liking warrior build way more than laser! But Azmodan talents are really dependent on map and enemy comp now.

I'll be your Johanna someday!

Did 3 AI games with Leoric and... Not a fan. So slow, weird E and hero only W means a lot less punches to the face than Kharazim heh. I don't like the Rexar model either!

What I've seen sometimes on the pro scene is a dual-tank comp with Johanna and Leoric, both helping Azmo build stacks. I also learned that it doesn't actually have to be the absolute last hit, you just need the minion to die within 0.5 seconds after the globe hits. So later on in the game the best Johannas time their Condemn to go off a split second after the globe hits the minion wave to ensure they all die (when Azmo doesn't use Black Pool).

I think it just takes a lot of coordination.

I tried Leoric for the first time, man I really enjoyed playing him. I'll see how the rest of the week goes, but maybe I'll pick him up instead of Johanna.

I tried Kerrigan once, and I think I might never play her again. I haven't gone 1 and 8 in a very long time.

Just weird how you have to like strafe the waves to get full coverage with Q on Leoric. I got a lot better about aiming Ws but E is still just awkward as hell to me! Almost level 6.

I might get Gaz if he was cheaper. The totally destroys non heroics after 10!

It's fun to entomb people and watch them spin around trying to get out.

•Raynor
•Muradin
•Jaina
•Uther
•Zagara
•Illidan (level 12)
•Azmodan (level 15)
Ok I'm gonna try to get better at Uther this time. I think that if I can get at least decent at Uther I can probably start wading into HL.

My lineup would be:
Tanks: Johanna, Leoric, Muradin
Damage: Zeratul, Jaina, Zagara, Nazeebo, Raynor, +/- Sylvanas, +/- Valla
Healers: Rehgar, Uther, Lili (if necessary)
Situational: Tyrande, Tassadar

I still have to buy Johanna, Leoric, Nazeebo, Uther, and Valla though. I think I have around 26k gold right now, so I still need like 13k more.

The heroes I'm most confident in atm in order:
Zeratul, Jaina, Tyrande, Leoric, Rehgar, Nazeebo, Johanna, Muradin, Zagara, Tassadar, Sylvanas, Valla, Raynor, Lili, Uther

Then at some point I can add Butcher or KT to that lineup.

I went on a spending spree.

I own:

Warriors: Anub'arak, Muradin, ETC, Diablo
Assassins: Falstad, Valla, Kerrigan
Support: Malfurion, Brightwing
Specialist: Azmodan, Zagara, Sgt Hammer

I'll get Uther and Stitches when I get the gold.

I tried with a Leoric and he didn't do enough damage. All indications are that Skeletal Swing, untalented, outdamages KtP on minions through level 10.

At early levels Johanna can do KtP and then Punish, so she has two different AoE attacks to help reduce minion HP. Maybe at early levels Leoric's swing just doesn't do enough damage?

After playing Uther the past two days, I now completely agree that he is clearly the best support. Tons of healing, so tanky, the stun, and even the ability to have a vision talent. And then at 20 to be able to die on purpose. He's so good.

What talents are you using? I usually talent the W but he has a lot of build diversity.
