San Jose
Median price: $750k

Forecast (May '09): -12.5%
%change in foreclosure rate in the past year: 347%

Oakland
Median price: $595k
Price Change in 5 years: 27.7%
Forecast (May '09): -11.7%
%change in foreclosure rate in the past year: 266%

Southern California is being hit even harder: Bakersfield, LA, Riverside and Santa Ana are all losing more value than DC and have >200% changes in foreclosures.

Florida is worst off with 5 of the bottom 7 on that list.

woo for having no pony in this race.

Those CA prices are absurd for median prices.
