It's at the top of the screen when you go to the battlestar galactica website. It looks like a banner ad. It plays in realplayer which is kind of annoying. The funny thing is, I just talked to a coworker about REM sleep earlier today, who told sleeping 4 hours was better for him than 6, since that was in between REM cycles.
