Going commercial, y'all.

Also!
A man-made biological substitute for a kidney, for instance, need not look like a real one or contain all its features in order to clean waste products from the bloodstream.
Is there a term for this potential biological enhancement of human beings? I know I've encountered the concept before. Old Man's War, for instance. "Cyborg" doesn't cut it.
