Southern California is being hit even harder: Bakersfield, LA, Riverside and Santa Ana are all losing more value than DC and have >200% changes in foreclosures.
Florida is worst off with 5 of the bottom 7 on that list.

woo for having no pony in this race.
Those CA prices are absurd for median prices.
