I should go work for Adobe across the street, or I should work for Cisco up the road from here. I'd make like 15% more there too!

I'm not sure I'd want to work at Booz. After a certain point, your advancement and raises are dependent on the amount of new business you create rather than your ability to succeed at your own job. I suppose that's true of every company at the high levels, but not at the drone engineer level.
