This generation wants to know that you care about its success and career development ... Make sure your firm maintains a structured feedback process, and your managers provide constant and immediate feedback and communication. Your managers must understand what drives this group and approach each task with detailed expectations, goals and measurements to communicate small wins and accomplishments. If your managers meet Millennials where they are, they will achieve your overall goals; try to force them to fit your definitions, and you will lose them.
