Edit: For some reason setting the last character of the subject to a double-quote (") changes it to an ampersand (&) on submission. Removed surrounding double-quotes from the subject.

Example:
"I don't care what you call it as long as you ride it"
becomes
"I don't care what you call it as long as you ride it&

However:
"foo" -> "foo"

weird...
