You want a million dollar idea? I've got one right here.
Make an interactive page where anybody can upload any image and slap it onto the page any place. Your money-making hook is you will keep other people from slapping new bitmaps over the bitmaps uploaded for a fee ($1 per pixel sounds right. You could have a sliding scale based on the length of time their bitmap is inviolate).
Anyone who actually does this should feel obligated to give me $1000 out of shame.
