Hot monkey am I glad I don't have a horse in that race. Well, after the market is in shambles in might be nice to get a decent priced place. Though I think Portland may be bucking the trend, as there's a million new condos being built downtown (that may be slightly overestimated) and I keep reading that they anticipate not having enough housing to meet demand. I guess all the new people will work as construction workers and baristas since there arne't enough jobs.
