I was just wondering the other day how MTGPlay could avoid infringing. Guess they couldn't.
I was thinking what the world needed is a computer implementation of Dragon Dice, because the mechanics are just begging for it. I wonder if it is possible to implement without drawing the wrath of lawyers. Perhaps if you don't use any of the text or trademarks from the game?

There are tons of Magic clones in Asia (and maybe other places). Not only that there are also counterfit cards.
However I think one guy my brother meet in TX takes the cake. He would print out powerful card and paste them onto a real card. When he gets upset when people refuse to play with him because of that ...
