Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
Saw on steam that a new JA was coming out! I will get it once its $5 or so.
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.
Re: Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
I never managed to beat the original. In the last few squares, the enemies kept head-shotting my mercs from outside my vision range with freaking rocket rifles.
All the wannabe clones since have been pretty bad. Like Jagged Union. So, yeah, maybe when this one hits $5.

I feel like I just beat a kitten to death... with a bag of puppies.
Re: Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
Tried the demo, seems like a really hard game fighting the camera mostly.

Re: Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
Yuck, the pause-and-go combat system is really annoying. Just like UFO: Afterlight. Another awesome turn-based combat series ruined.

Re: Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
Put X-Com on this list too.. seemed ok, but not worth MSRP!
Bought this pack from Amazon - $10!
Deus Ex Human Revolution Augmented Edition + Missing Link DLC - looks worth playing through
Just Cause - too lame
Just Cause 2 - seems ok
Hitman Blood Money - meh
The Last Remnant - Might play if really bored
Supreme Commander 2 - interface fail
Quantum Conundrum - wtf

Re: Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
What is wrong with the X-Com game?
Re: Jagged Alliance Back in Action!
Nothing. Played the demo for a mission and it seemed pretty polished... Almost exactly like te first (and best) installment if the series. But I'll wait for it to drop before I buy it. Maybe Skyrim will be $10 soon too! Or next year some "Ultimate" edition with 12 DLC will be.
