I'm fairly certain no AF armor is below level 55; most of what I've seen is 55-60.

FYI:
Dwindlehop=WAR/Scythe/SLvl35 <- conservative
Delenn=WAR/Sword/SLvl35 <- conservative

Renkei started by Delenn:
- Delenn uses Burning Blade then Dwin uses Slice which causes Scission (Earth). [Lvl1].
- Delenn uses Fast Blade then Dwin uses Dark Harvest which causes Reverberation (Water). [Lvl1].

After my frustrating experience last night, i'm going to switch back to Dark Knight tonight. I'm looking forward to being able to magic burst off the end of my own skillchains, hehe. I already have Stone and Water nukes at level 12, so it's pretty nice.
