FF XI Links.

Post by nu »

Figured it'd be good to have a thread for this? You may punish the newbie infidel if this is incorrect.

AF armor pictures: http://studentweb.stcloudstate.edu/smro9901/index.htm

Good fansite: http://www.shadow-dragons.com/index2.htm -- especially check out the Conquests section.

Old standards: http://ffvault.ign.com and http://ffo.warcry.com. Also some others like Stratics and Alakazam, reachable via playonline.com and go to 'Community' section.

edit: fixed SD link (it was .com and .htm, not .net/.html. whee)

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

I'm fairly certain no AF armor is below level 55; most of what I've seen is 55-60.

Anyone know the link where you can select your job/subjob and race and get a table with all your stats for every level?

Here's the link with skill ranks and such that I posted already, for when that thread sinks to the bottom of the page:

I must say, that skillchain calculator r0x0r1z3s! 8)

FYI:
Dwindlehop=WAR/Scythe/SLvl35 <- conservative
Delenn=WAR/Sword/SLvl35 <- conservative
  • Renkei started by Delenn:
    • Delenn uses Burning Blade then Dwin uses Slice which causes Scission (Earth). [Lvl1].
    • Delenn uses Fast Blade then Dwin uses Dark Harvest which causes Reverberation (Water). [Lvl1].
  • Renkei started by Dwindlehop
    • Dwin uses Slice then Delenn uses Burning Blade which causes Liquefaction (Fire). [Lvl1].
I think Water's our best bet for low-level BLMs.

After my frustrating experience last night, i'm going to switch back to Dark Knight tonight. I'm looking forward to being able to magic burst off the end of my own skillchains, hehe. I already have Stone and Water nukes at level 12, so it's pretty nice.

Lots of info, including where to get all the spells, food effects, and where to hunt.
