Oops, damnit, I meant server 5 and 6 have low population. I don't want to play on speed, or classic server. Remake?

Alright, making a village on server 6. Is there attacking? The tutorial seemed to focus solely on economic development.

I played a bit on server 7 before I posted this thread, but I don't like my village and starting race.

There is attacking. Don't do anything when you start, follow the in game tutorial and will give you some information on what you need to do. Once the tutorial is done (probably about 2-3 days), upgrade your cranny to 10 before your newbie protection runs out.

And yes, you can attack other villages, I was constantly raided all the time.

No, it says the server is full and I can't register for it. Server 1,2,4,7 are open for registration ...

Edit: Oops my bad, no server six :-P

Yeah, my mistake on server 6 in the second quote. You want to just go to server 3 and join Joe?

You don't have to follow me... I just picked a server and started to see what the game was like. I'll move if you want me to.

This game is basically tribalwars.

well you could probably speed it up if you pay real money...

I don't know if I could play competitive in this game since you get soo many "buyable" buffs with real money....

The buffs don't actually give you a whole lot except for being able to queue up buildings is pretty powerful if you're not around a computer 24x7. The other bonuses are like 10% which is surmountable by a good enough player I'd bet.

List of buyable bonuses/buffs

Plus Account 7 Days 15 Gold extend
+25% Production: Lumber7 Days 5 Gold activate
+25% Production: Clay 7 Days 5 Gold activate
+25% Production: Iron 7 Days 5 Gold activate
+25% Production: Crop 7 Days 5 Gold activate
+10% Attack value 7 Days 3 Gold activate
+10% Defense value 7 Days 3 Gold activate

Complete construction orders and researches in this village immediately. (Does not work for Palace and Residence) immediately 2 Gold activate
1:1 Trade with the NPC merchant immediately 3 Gold to the Marketplace

I guess the Atk/Def buffs don't do as much but the +25% prod seem pretty hefty of a perk to have, depending on the situation. Also the NPC merchant allows you to reallocated your resources instantly so you can build something that you might have to wait a few hours to build. Looking at the prices, it seems deceivingly affordable...maybe if I get into this game I'll buy a few gold so I can speed it up...

upto quest 22 of the tutorial...(decided to go peaceful route via trading etc)...so I built a marketplace hoping I could trade with players. Found a reasonable price I think (500 lumber for 450 food), but it turns out that the player is very far away so it'll take 30 hours to get here...at which in time I'll probably have enough lumber to build whatever I needed to build anyway...anyone closeby who wants to trade resources?
