I ran more than 10 blocks. I'm now at Kendall Walk Railway Station [357,45]. Dude, you should learn first aid. Heck, I'm gonna learn first aid if I get to lvl 2 again.

that low hp zed is down now. But now there are three more zeds outside the factory. They actually broke down the barricade but someone built it back up before they could come in. I ran down south to the Lang Bar [362,32]. Lot of random zeds groups around. I'm going to start heading back NW toward Oak Hills soon....

I could go first aid or construction now that I have a toolkit. However, since I'm military class it'll take me 150XP just to get first aid vs 100XP for construction =(.

I went to the factory, killed one wounded zombie outside and with my two remaining APs (how's that for a gamble), ducked inside. There are quite a few other people in here. Mostly level 1s. But hopefully, that will be enough to give me a chance of escaping should the zombies get in.

So Diagnosis is not that great a skill for a turncoat zombie, because it doesn't work on zombies. So I rolled a zombie, as I do not feel like leveling up a firefighter for Bodybuilding.

Two ZK tips:
bite is better vs. zombies if you have Vigor Mortis.
after you kill one, add him to your contact list and you can target him directly.

How about you go around finding us wounded zeds or you do the wounding and tell us where they are to finish off? Also, the MM twiki page has a bunch of info for zeds and what abilities are best XP/AP wise...

So wait...how do I tell it's you versus some other random zombie that walked in? :|
Also I have the door secured...

I'm staying outside. But you'll want to add me to your contact list for identification purposes.

Introducing GK Skanksworthy. I'm headed to Chicago this weekend so his life expectancy is low, but we'll see.

So that ends my longest streak of staying alive for 12 days.... biggest regret was never being able to use my toolbox, fuel to soak a zombie and light him on fire with my flare gun...

And I was worried that I wouldn't survive the weekend since I'm going back to nyc for a few days too...I guess I don't have to worry about that....

I didn't log in last night. Checked this morning and found several zombies had broken in. I think they killed a few survivors, but there were two left, and I'd only taken a few HP of damage. So, I killed one from 30HP or so, then fled SW to some cinema. There's another guy here, so I have a pretty good chance. I'm only a few XP away from Hand-to-Hand combat. Do we have a surviving doctor?

I may have to get lurching gait before I upgrade my attack, as moving towards you guys is painfully slow. I'm still way SW of you.

Another zombie and I got in a fight. I won, but I'm at 5HP. Fun!

Woohoo, H2H! Of course, I don't have enough AP to use it, and I had to retreat to the same safehouse, so I'm in a lot of danger. [362,36]

Just scrape together 20 or 30 AP and find a ruined hospital, search for FAKs yourself. You won't get XP for healing yourself, but then you'll be much less likely to die.

I think FAKs in hand and Bodybuilding might mean enough HP in reserve to survive in a dark building. Be an interesting experiment. At 30HP you're a pretty juicy target. A fresh corpse like me could kill you with less than 50AP in a lit building. At 60HP in a dark building, a pair of high level zombies would need at least 70AP to kill you, probably closer to 90 or 100. You could live!

I'm at 82XP. I'm going to get that last damn 18 XP, get lurching gait, and head towards you. I figure I'll park myself a square away from you and eat approaching zombies, but any thoughts on strategy are good here.

I think I ought to take your advice and budget the next day or so to searching for FAKs, rather than fighting. After that, I really don't need anything in the way of supplies. The risk of camping right next to me is that I tend to hole up in buildings that already contain other survivors so I've got a chance of not being eaten immediately. To them, you're easy XP. So you might want to stay two squares away so they won't always notice you when they step outside.

Nope. Dead sometime this morning. At least it took a level 19 zombie to do it.
