do you have any links on variant rule or supplement material for Iron Heroes?

Yes, which I've been meaning to share.

The Great Iron Heroes Hack. An extensive set of variants that look pretty good. He's got a simplified harrier with no square counting and a rebalanced archer.

A google search would probably turn up more. I found an Iron Heroes forum one day when I didn't have time to read it, but didn't think to bookmark it.

I'll allow just about any variant that seams reasonable, since its not like I have much time invested in the as-written rules.
