Will probably finally hit lvl 50 today!
After like 4 months! I even have almost all of the equipment I need to (almost) max my stats, hit points, skills, and resists! And I have enough gold to add some effects to that equipment!
Finally, after 4 months, I can start playing DAOC.

Wee, here's my equipment template! +75 to stats is max, +200 to hit points is max, 26% resists is max, and +11 to skills is max. I don't use critical strikes anymore, respecced out of that, and I have a separate item to max my envenom for poisoning my weapons.
I have everything but the Ancient Copper Necklace and the Infernal Black Diamond Ring. The necklace comes from a pretty easy quest, just need to find other people who need to do that quest a few times, and I can buy the ring.

But envenom is more useful for the other poisons, not really the DoT, which is more of an annoyance than anything else, though I did kill someone with my DoT yesterday. Debuff drops strength and constitution by 116, which makes them miss me more and subtracts their total hp by about 400. Disease prevents them from being healed effectively as well as decreasing their strength and movement speed, and Constriction snares them.
I'm specced in max Dual Wield instead of Crit Strikes, making me a "Mercfiltrator", basically a Mercenary (DW-ing light tank in chain) who uses leather armor instead of chain and gets capped (50%) evade and stealth instead of parry and low level evade, and does less damage but gets poisons.
