What's your time limit that we play until tomorrow? Also, are there any funky things that I need to know to get it to work through my router? Ports I need to forward? I started looking at the program last night, but I'm still pretty unsure how to actually play during it. Oh, and what the heck is haste?

Haste is just "creature can attack the turn it is summoned."
You should forward port 1001 so you can host. Right-click is the key to playing the game. That, and remembering that MTGPlay doesn't enforce any of the rules of Magic.
Actually, I'll be able to play much earlier than I thought. We're going to have dinner at 7:30, so I can start any time after 6.

Ok, so Jonathan won our first game because of having a ward sliver and protection from black for all his slivers against my all black zombie deck. Since zombie decks don't provide direct damage, I couldn't do much against him. So, I just sat there and got smacked around.
Our second game is ongoing but halted because of what I mentioned in the previous post. This time, I have an all green elf deck and he hasn't pulled out the ward sliver yet. I have 43 life (because of this awesome elf that has the ability: tap and gives controler 1 life for each elf in play) and Jonathan has 17. I have 6 elves out, he has 2 slivers and an elf. Unless things change drastically, I'm gonna wil this one. Mmmm, elves with trample.

As for the interrupted game, for essentially the first time since I made the deck, I didn't draw a Call of the Wild or something else to dump out a whole bunch more creatures. Just the one Tempting Wurm.
In the quick hands I've drawn from that deck, I almost always draw both Call of the Wilds. Stupid Call of the Wilds. Never around when you need them.
At that point, it would be a race between your Elven Riders and my card drawing.
