From the dude behind DoomRL, but now with a graphics frontend and a non-infringing name. It's in early access on Steam and Itch.io right now. They're aiming for late 2020 1.0 release.
Same game design as DRL, but they're polishing. The damage and accuracy calculations are new, for example.

I bought this instead of Into the Breach because it works on Linux right now. Into the Breach still hasn't announced a date for their Linux release.
