Upcoming Marvel movies

Marvel's annual report lists all of their planned movie projects. Some of them are the obvious sequels (X-Men 3, Spiderman 3, Wolverine, Punisher 2, and Hulk 2). They also have a couple non-sequels with well known characters (Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor). But apparently they've already started scraping the bottom of the barrel, because they have plans for Ghost Rider, Nick Fury, Silver Surfer, Deathlok, Namor, Ant-Man, Luke Cage, and Black Panther! And studios have actually signed on to produce them!
