Refresh Mohtalim automatically

I'm lazy and impatient, so I want to save the click to refresh the page and the time spent waiting for the refresh to happen. Can an automatic refresh of the mohtalim homepage be added set at like 5 or 15 minutes or something? I'm just asking that it be added to the homepage and not any other page so it shouldn't get in the way of the normal browsing of topics.

Hmm. All pages use the same header, which extends past the <head> section of the page into the <body>. I will think more on it.
