when the only way to get decent/fast customer service is to put a *scathing* review up on reseller ratings. lol

Weird thing is, rr sends each review to the company immediately and waits to confirm if you actually did make a purchase there before posting it.

Funny, you think they'd lie more often. Especially the truly shitty places which don't bother to ship your order.
