should us domain add .us?

I think it's a good idea. most of countries other than us uses their country in TLD why shouldn't we? This should also allow us to know where the server is hosted and allow international company to design regional sites.
Also where can I get my IPv6 subnet? Just give me 2 bytes of freedom, that way we can say 'hmm, ip of PeijenLinIsGod__, it's peijen'
