What formats can I encode stills to address the full range of a UHD display that supports the Rec 2020 colorspace?

Supposedly png also supports truecolor, but not something you're going to use for photography.
Generally, look for "deep color" support. http://www.drhdmi.eu/dictionary/deep-color.html
