Have you tried to type into an actual google.com search field recently? It just starts showing a results page for the most likely search based on whatever you've typed thus far. It didn't used to do that.
Why is google more responsive than my desktop?

Now it's showing like 480x800 previews of web pages when you mouse over results. This is ridiculous. WTF is wrong with desktop devs?

It should only show the preview if you click on one of the magnifying glass icons. Other than that, I've no idea what you're complaining about... Just don't use the stupid feature.

Sure. That is pretty far from giving me previews of every document returned when I do a search.
