Godzilla: 500 Tons of Pure Herpetological Power. Has Fire Breath and Ability to Ignore Bullets.
Chucky: 1 Pound of Crappy Horror Villain. Has Ugly Face and Homicidal Tendencies.
The match.
Depends entirely on the starting distance between contestants. If they start, say, a football field apart, Godzilla just breathes fire and toasts Chucky to charred doll bits. If they start, say, in a traditional wrestling match pose, Chucky will have the advantage because he can hide in Godzilla's scales. Thus, Godzilla will never be able to find him, giving Chucky the ability to annoy him to death.
