phpbb 3.0 not entirely stupid

Bots have been registering accounts on mohtalim for ages, apparently. I never noticed because they don't show up in the Members list in 3.0 because they aren't activated, and I wasn't reading the activation emails because of a GMail filter. Of course, if a legit user tried to register I'd never know.
