http://www.weequalize.com/Bank secrecy can only be removed by a Federal Judge and for criminal reasons (capital laundering, civil servants corruption, arms sales) but never for reasons linked to foreign citizens’ taxes. In fact, it’s good to remind here that neither tax evasion , nor misuse of company property are crimes in Switzerland. The Judges in any Country can only accept to investigate on a named citizen on the basis of a request by a third country if the charges are crimes in both jurisdictions...
