pair programming is for wusses. master/slave programming is where it is at. Master dictates stuff to the slave to type in. Slave is an intern. Instant productivity bonus plus you don't damage your valuable engineers!

I can type code faster than I can speak it. However, I have frequently said it would be nice to have someone wash my car while I'm at work. So I approve of the paradigm, if not the implementation.
