All hail professional journalists.
http://www.wyff4.com/news/14488356/detail.html
This is an article about a family who found toxic mold in their house and let the house go into foreclosure because they couldn't afford to fix it. They left a note in a room hidden behind a bookshelf in case anyone bought the house unaware. Someone did and had the house tested for mold, then sued the company that sold them the house. The company claims the house was sold as is.
Those are the facts.
The report on blogs which picked up the link sensationalizes the secret room and makes it sound like it was booby trapped. As if a diabolic mold guy filled a room with mold and then left it to poison unsuspecting children. What actually happened is some gross negligence on the behalf of either the mortgage company or the realtor.
