Man, I just don't know who is gonna win the primary.

Guiliani? Law and order New Yorker... Nah.
Thompson? Plays a law and order New Yorker on TV... Nah.
Romney? Massachusetts Mormon... Nah.
Huckabee? Well, Baptist Arkansas governor, yeah, that's doable. But the guy is seriously wacky. For instance, he's all over the bible-based wife spanking. Any sensible Republican primary votes will realize the guy has no chance in the election.

Or will they?

Yeah, if Romney were the Arkansas Baptist he'd be a shoe-in.

I did read somewhere that only around 50% of Republicans knew he was a Mormon though. And I'd guess that probably only 50% of those Republicans actually know what the Church of Latter Day Saints' beliefs are.

I didn't know that. That's surprising, as the man's religion has been all over the press.

Also in the press: Baptists apparently hate the crap out of Mormons. Who knew?

I think more Americans know that Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant than that Mitt Romney is Mormon. Or that he's a candidate for the Republican nomination, for that matter.

I think the nominee's just going to be whoever looks the most like a President and isn't mired in family values scandals.

They should just vote the president from 24 into office. Even if he was killed like 3 seasons ago.

The black one? Or am I forgetting since I never watched that show?
