statistics module installed on Mohtalim

Post by Jonathan »

In recognition of the fact that nobody is posting worth jack, I have installed a Statistics mod. Currently, several modules are activated.

If you would like to request more modules from the list or write your own, see the PHPBB2 Statistics hack here:

http://phpbbhacks.com/category.php?id=24&version=2

Now post more, dammit.

The stats page needs links back to the forums page at least. Also, most viewed and most read should be together and probably at the bottom or at least under the graph. I mostly care about the graph as will others I bet, so put it first plz.

Huh? I understand what you're saying about the order of elements on the page. I don't get the first part. Explain yourself.

It might be cool to have the most active topicstarter module. Also, a new topics/posts per month or even week? Might be fun to see posts per day of the week overall. See what day people are more/less productive. Oh yeah, it'd be cool to have a return of the most used words.

Look under the banner, see how there's the nice hierarchical listing of where you are? Next to the new topic/post reply buttons in the forums. I want that! Yeah, I could click on the banner to get out of the stats page, but I like the words.

Once you're in the Statistics page, you're out of the hierarchy. There's no reasonable value to put there, so it's blank.

Also, the stats in the administrative statistics section that are averages should have values for sigma as well.

Why not use: Mohtalim Forum Index -> Statistics

I believe that's how it was in the past even.

If you modify the topics/posts per month to be per week, I'll install it.

I've never had phpBB installed with a Statistics Mod. You want me to spend the time to add: 1. a link to the same thing as the banner; 2. a link to the page you're already on. Have I got that straight?

If you edit the admin stats hack to calculate values for sigma, I will install it.
