Ummm.. it says that supports TiVo playback, but it doesn't list TiVo anywhere else 
Also, if you get digital cable and a digital cable box, TiVo won't be all that useful. Now, for playing DVD on a good quality tv, that's the way to go. Do you have a good quality tv though? A decent computer with an All-in-Wonder type card might end up being better.
