Thanks for the heads up.

I originally heard about it from ANN here. In particular, Paprika sounds extremely interesting. However, I probably won't go unless others are. I need to be more vocal about anime...

I'm up for the festival, but probably not the anime marathon. Apparently the kite festival is cool as well.
