Preferred HTML Editor?

Since I've been editing a LOT of HTML lately...

My prereqs for a good editor:
  • Syntax Highlighting
  • Smart Indenting
  • Auto-80 column Justification
  • Inexpensive (ie. no ~$900 Dreamweaver)
Luxuries:
  • WYSIWYG interface with CLEAN code
My current editor is Xemacs with HTML Helper mode. As can be expected, that easily takes care of my prereqs, but the WYSIWYG would be very convenient.

I've already tried a few HTML editors off of tucows, but none have had smart indenting. Any suggestions?

I have nothing useful to contribute. Also, I've never seen a WYSIWYG editor that generates clean code. But then, what do I know about HTML?

agreed, a WYSIWYG editor is very unlikely to generate clean code.

See Dreamweaver (unfortunately, also see prereq 4)

I use Frontpage because I'm lazy.

Try Bluefish. Never used it myself, but saw it in an article recently. Don't think it's WYSIWYG...
